Roan Vollmer
Roan became a PGA of Canada professional in 2001, and joined the revered Oakdale Golf & Country Club Professional team in 2008. In his third season at Oakdale, he was appointed to the position of Oakdale’s Director of Golf. Roan is committed to a long-term relationship with Oakdale Golf & Country Club, and will do everything possible to provide exemplary service to the prestigious membership and to represent the club within the golfing community.
Bob Beauchemin
Bob has been a part of the Oakdale family for 16 years. Playing professional golf around the world, Bob’s career has included one year on the PGA Tour (1981), and 11 years on the World Tours. He was also the Commissioner of the Canadian Tour from 1986 to 1993. In addition to being a great player, Bob is a wonderful teacher as well: in 2006, he was voted one of Canada’s Top 50 instructors by the National Post. The following year, Bob was honoured as a lifetime member of the Canadian tour.
Wilf Homenuik
Wilf has been at Oakdale Golf & Country Club for 30 years. His playing career, which included 10 years on the PGA Tour, is well-documented. In honour of his successful career, Wilf was made a member of the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame in 2005. In recognition of Wilf’s affiliation with Oakdale Golf & Country Club, the 2nd nine has been named in his honour. A two time C.P.G.A. Champion, Wilf is available for teaching and playing with the members and juniors.
Izidor Markic
Izidor turned professional in 1998, and fuelled by his passion for the golf swing, created Rhythmic Golf two years later. He was a lead instructor at Core Golf Academy Guangzhou China, and his expertise has landed him various appearances on Breakfast Television. In addition to his role as an instructor at Oakdale, he is both a lead Golf Course Coordinator and Caddie Master.
